I think we will still be able to be on the régime Micro-BIC but we may have to have a "classement" such as Gites de France or "meublé de tourisme". I've just asked at my mairie and it's the local tourist office who can give you a "classement". So that's the route I'm going along. There are still a large number of cider apple trees here at Les Blancs, although I am ashamed to say that our pigs and sheep do get the apples. We have a large old cider press in one of the outbuildings, still functional and perhaps one day I will restore it to it's former glory. All our neighbours still produce 'eau de vie' - an acquired taste, but not for me!
